Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of theDM Portal operated by Daville Marketing atagency.davillemarketing.com (the “Portal”). By signing in or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.
The service
The Portal is a client and agency workspace for marketing operations. It may include project tracking, messaging, billing views, content tools, and optional integrations with third-party platforms such as Google services. Features available to you depend on your organization’s plan and permissions.
Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Agency and client roles control what you can see and change. Do not attempt to access data outside your authorized organizations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Portal, disrupt service, or circumvent security controls;
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Use connected integrations in violation of third-party terms (including Google API terms and brand guidelines);
- Resell or provide unauthorized access to the Portal.
Client data and content
You (or your organization) retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Daville Marketing a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Portal for your organization. Agency users may access client workspaces only as permitted by their role and your engagement with Daville Marketing.
Third-party services
Optional integrations (for example Google OAuth connections) are subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services. Disconnecting an integration stops new access; previously synced Portal copies may remain until deleted per ourPrivacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimer and limitation
The Portal is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Daville Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the Portal at any time; ask your agency administrator or contact us to close an account.
