This Privacy Policy describes how Daville Marketing (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the DM Portal atagency.davillemarketing.com (the “Portal”).
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email address, password (stored hashed), organization membership, and role.
- Portal content — projects, tickets, messages, files, settings, and other materials you or your agency enter into the Portal.
- Usage and security logs — sign-in events, failed login attempts, and similar operational logs used to secure and operate the service.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and basic request metadata as needed for hosting, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
Google OAuth and Google user data
If you connect a Google account (for example Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, or related Google products), we request only the OAuth scopes needed to provide those Portal features. We access Google user data solely to:
- Authenticate the connection and refresh tokens as required;
- Retrieve and display account, property, campaign, or reporting data you choose to connect inside the Portal;
- Sync or cache that data so authorized users in your organization can use Portal dashboards and tools.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, or for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the user-facing features of the Portal that request that data. Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Portal;
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls;
- Send transactional email (invites, password resets, notifications);
- Detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents or abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations when required.
Third-party services
We use infrastructure and service providers to operate the Portal (for example hosting, databases, email delivery, file storage, and optional telephony or analytics integrations). Those providers process data only as needed to perform services on our behalf. Connected third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta) are governed by their own privacy policies when you authorize access.
Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication sessions, workspace/organization selection, and theme preferences. These are required for the Portal to function and are not used for third-party advertising.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account and Portal data while your organization uses the service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, security, and legal compliance. You may request access to or deletion of personal data associated with your account by contacting us (see below). Agency administrators may also manage users and client workspaces within the Portal where those controls are available.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us using the contact below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
